This project involved the construction of a new surface parking lot and perimeter fencing at the northwest corner of Wurzbach Road and Sid Katz Drive, supporting campus growth and access at UT Health Science Center.

Scope included asphalt paving, concrete curbs and sidewalks, railing installation, and solar-powered site lighting—providing a secure, well-lit, and sustainable parking solution for faculty, staff, and visitors.
