This project involved the renovation of an approximately 1,100-square-foot office suite at UT Health San Antonio. The scope included selective demolition and interior upgrades such as new flooring, ceiling systems, paneling, openings, and interior partitions.

Additional improvements included lighting, mechanical systems, and fire protection modifications to meet updated building standards and enhance the functionality of the administrative space.
