Building on the success of Phase 1, this second phase of the UHS South Parking Garage, serving University Health System’s medical campus. Work included concrete and reinforcement replacement, engineered shoring, waterproofing systems, specialty coatings, and installation of miscellaneous metals.

The project was carefully phased and coordinated to maintain uninterrupted access for medical staff, patients, and emergency services—including proximity to the active Life Flight helipad—highlighting CGC’s expertise in high-sensitivity, operational healthcare environments.
