Phase 1 of this renovation project at the UHS South Parking Garage focused on critical structural and waterproofing repairs while maintaining active use of the facility. Close coordination with University Health System ensured adequate parking remained available throughout construction.

Scope included repairs to spalled concrete, rust removal and repainting of steel structures, re-caulking of expansion joints, brick mortar repointing, and application of cementitious coatings—improving both the structural integrity and longevity of the parking facility.
