This fast-track renovation project at Thornton Elementary School transformed existing classrooms into a new music room, instrument storage, and a small general classroom. The scope also included upgrades to the platform room and theatrical stage to support performance and instructional needs.

Work involved selective demolition, carpentry, drywall, drop ceilings, flooring, specialties, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm systems. All renovations were completed within 60 days of notice to proceed.
