As part of the City of Selma’s ongoing efforts to preserve and celebrate local heritage, CGC was selected to construct a new covered display area to house a historic stagecoach at the Selma Stage Stop site. The project transforms a previously undeveloped outdoor space into a permanent showcase area featuring a custom canopy structure designed to protect and highlight the historic exhibit.

Surrounding the facility, the scope included the installation of hardscape and landscape features that invite public engagement—walking paths, decorative paving, and native landscaping create an attractive and accessible setting. The final space serves as both an educational attraction and a visual landmark, offering residents and visitors a unique connection to the city’s past within a modern, thoughtfully designed environment.
