This project consisted of approximately 23,270 square feet of phased interior and exterior renovations across two occupied buildings at the Education Service Center Region 20.
Interior work included selective demolition and installation of new wall, ceiling, and flooring finishes, upgraded lighting, new equipment, and remodeling of restroom facilities and the employee break lounge. Exterior improvements featured new brick paving and site furnishings, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics while maintaining uninterrupted operations for staff and visitors.
