Phase 2 of Phil Hardberger Park continued the transformation of this iconic municipal greenspace into a fully activated public destination. Building on the foundational work completed in Phase 1A, this phase expanded recreational amenities and enhanced accessibility throughout the park.

Scope included selective clearing and pruning, concrete and decomposed granite paving, basketball courts, playgrounds, and accessible trail systems. Additional features included grading, picnic areas with tables and grills, site signage, irrigation, and native landscaping—creating a dynamic outdoor space for wellness, play, and community gatherings.
