As the inaugural general contractor for San Antonio’s landmark Phil Hardberger Park, CGC played a foundational role in delivering the first major phase of this high-profile urban greenspace.

Scope included selective demolition, clearing, and pruning, as well as construction of asphalt and concrete paving, grading, accessible parking, and trail systems. Additional features included the installation of wood decks and pedestrian bridges, site signage, security lighting, irrigation, and native landscaping—laying the groundwork for one of the city’s most celebrated parks.
