Northside ISD Security Lobby Updates

This fast-track project involved the construction of new security lobbies at nine elementary school campuses across Northside ISD, along with installation of site perimeter fencing. Completed in just eight weeks, the upgrades were designed to enhance student safety and campus access control.
Work included selective demolition, chain link and ornamental fencing, concrete and masonry, structural steel framing, carpentry, and millwork. Interior scopes featured gypsum walls, ACT ceilings, resilient flooring, carpet, bullet-resistant glass, and specialty security components. MEP systems were upgraded, along with lighting, surveillance, access control, and structured cabling for integrated security functionality.
