This project involved the construction of a new 3,077-square-foot clinic and associated parking lot at Anson Jones Middle School for Northside ISD. The facility was designed to support student health services and includes medical equipment, specialty installations, and furnishings tailored for clinical use.

Construction scope covered multiple trades, including thermal protection, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, electronic safety and security systems, and communications infrastructure—delivering a fully integrated and functional healthcare space on campus.
