This project for Alamo Colleges included the construction of two new parking lots to accommodate student and employee parking needs, as well as the creation of custom pedestrian access bridges to seamlessly connect users to the campus.

Key features included heavy timber Western Red Cedar pedestrian bridges with stainless steel cable railing—crafted by CGC’s skilled carpentry team. Site development scope included earthwork, asphalt paving, concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, site drainage, and electrical distribution for site lighting. The project also featured EV charging stations, security upgrades, irrigation, tree planting, and full landscape restoration and maintenance.
