This renovation project at Methodist Healthcare involved structural and aesthetic improvements to the elevated skybridge connecting the main parking garage to the medical facility—all completed while maintaining active vehicle and pedestrian traffic through the main entry.

Scope included removal and disposal of the existing suspended ceiling, surface preparation of the structural steel and metal deck, and application of Carboline Carboguard 635 epoxy primer followed by Carboguard 890 Cycloaliphatic Amine Epoxy with Glass Flake Reinforcement. The project concluded with the installation of a new suspended ceiling—delivering a cleaner, more durable connection point for patients, visitors, and staff.
