This canopy renovation project at Lee High School required complex utility coordination and precise structural upgrades on an active campus.
The scope included removal of the existing roof and fabrication and installation of structural steel to elevate and support existing electrical, mechanical, and communication utilities above the canopy structure. Crews coordinated the relocation and replacement of conduits, junction boxes, and gas lines. Final installation featured a a multi-layer roofing assembly, including peel-and-stick base ply, torch-applied cap ply, and modified bitumen roofing.
