This campus-wide mechanical upgrade project at Jerry Allen Elementary School showcased CGC’s expertise in phased construction within occupied school environments. All work was carefully scheduled and executed to maintain safe student access and uninterrupted school operations.

Scope included installation of new rooftop HVAC units, upgraded control systems, and complete replacement of hydronic piping throughout the campus. Interior improvements featured new suspended ceiling systems, modern LED light fixtures, and full upgrades to the campus fire alarm and PA systems. The project also included full roof replacements across five buildings to support energy efficiency and system longevity.
