The exterior scope included complete replacement of wood decks, trim, doors, and hardware, along with comprehensive waterproofing improvements. Interior renovations involved selective replacement of flooring, custom millwork, and updates to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to maintain the resort’s high standards of comfort and functionality.
