This renovation project for Child Care Associates included comprehensive interior upgrades and exterior site improvements at the Gragg Childhood Development Center. Interior work involved selective demolition and updates throughout the facility, including new metal fabrication, millwork, acoustical ceilings, flooring finishes, doors and hardware, and a new teller window unit. MEP scopes included HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm expansion, and intrusion detection systems.

Exterior improvements featured concrete paving, pavement markings, decorative fencing, updated site utilities, playground enhancements, and new landscaping to create a welcoming, child-friendly environment.
