This project involved the comprehensive renovation of a 12,600-square-foot vacant warehouse to create a modern police training facility for the City of University Park. The upgraded facility includes a shooting range, warehouse and evidence storage, training areas, dressing and shower facilities, and dedicated service support spaces.

The transformation supports law enforcement readiness and operational efficiency through purpose-built infrastructure designed for long-term use and adaptability.
