This project involved the construction of a new auto mechanic shop facility at Kennedy High School, expanding Edgewood ISD’s career and technical education capabilities. Built adjacent to the existing automotive shop, the new structure sits on a polished, slab-on-grade concrete foundation designed to meet all project requirements.

The scope also included the installation of a connecting awning between the new and existing buildings, with all fire lane and code compliance requirements maintained throughout construction.
