Interior transformation of a second-generation office suite into a cutting-edge headquarters for drone technology startup Darkhive. The buildout reimagined the space to support a flexible, high-performance tech environment—featuring private offices, collaboration zones, conference rooms, a café and kitchen, and a drone testing arena with specialized clearances and finishes. The design incorporated modular wall systems and strategically exposed structural elements to reflect the company’s innovative culture.

This tenant improvement included full demolition of existing interiors, followed by the installation of new MEP infrastructure to support high-power equipment, data-intensive operations, and specialized HVAC zoning. Final finishes blended modern industrial materials with warm textures to create a balance of technical capability and user comfort—resulting in a functional, branded space tailored to the client’s mission.
