This phased renovation project at Colby Glass Elementary School was completed on an active campus, with careful coordination to minimize disruption to daily school operations.

Scope included the replacement of existing windows and the renovation of restrooms to meet current ADA accessibility standards. Additional improvements featured the removal of lead-based paint, new entry storefront systems, replacement of canopy structures, and associated concrete walkway upgrades. Trades included selective demolition, masonry, metals, wood and composites, thermal and moisture protection, HVAC, electrical, and interior finishes.
