This project at Bob Woodruff Park South included the demolition and full replacement of the existing restroom facility and adjacent parking lot to enhance park usability and accessibility for visitors.

Scope included site grading, construction of a new restroom building with updated plumbing, sewer, and electrical utilities, and installation of a new parking lot. Additional improvements featured trail replacement, site lighting, tree planting, irrigation, and full site restoration to blend seamlessly with the park’s natural setting.
