This project provided athletic facility upgrades across three Northside ISD campuses: O’Connor High School, Rudder Middle School, and Zachry Middle School. Renovations focused on gymnasiums, locker rooms, and athletic support areas to enhance functionality, durability, and student use.

Scope of work included selective demolition, unit masonry, finish carpentry and millwork, building sealants, and finish hardware. Interior finishes featured acoustical ceilings, VCT flooring and base, carpet, and epoxy concrete floor coating systems for high-traffic performance.
