  • This project was the completion of a new carwash.  The tunnel was approximately 100 feet long.  Reclaim tanks and interceptors were installed.  CGC was responsible for plumbing and electrical connections to carwash equipment.  The carwash included installation of 20 vacuum stations and pay station.  This project was completed in 6 months.  To expedite the opening CGC changed the structure from a pre-engineered meta building to structural steel and changed the roof from metal to TPO

Scope of work consists of new construction of a Youth Ministry facility approximately 1,928 sf air-conditioned space and 1,100 sf covered patio open space with paved parking access driveway.
