  • The project consists of construction of a new open air pavilion adjacent to the boat ramps at Packery Channel.
  • The new pavilion is approximately 30′ x 60′ and includes ADA accessible sidewalk to connect to existing paving.

Removed and replaced playing surface at the practice soccer field, including irrigation systems, topsoil, and goal posts.

Construction of a new building consisting of restrooms, a concession area, and team rooms.

Built eight competition tennis courts on post-tensioned foundations, Avadek canopy system, electrical distribution, stadium lighting system, & monument entries.
