  • Construction of a new parking lot and service building, picnic  area, boardwalk lighting, and site improvements. Includes civil work, site  utility work, drainage, city park amenities, HVAC, landscaping, site  furnishings, and irrigation.

Scope of work consists of new construction of a Youth Ministry facility approximately 1,928 sf air-conditioned space and 1,100 sf covered patio open space with paved parking access driveway.
