  • The project consisted of the addition of a new parking lot and fire lane to Argyle Intermediate School. The new fire lane addition involved the installation automatic barrier gates, vehicle detectors, access control units and Owner furnished hydrants. Scope of work consists of new construction of a Youth Ministry facility approximately 1,928 sf air-conditioned space and 1,100 sf covered patio open space with paved parking access driveway.
