With nearly two decades of industry experience, foreign and domestic, he brings a depth of expertise to operations and internal functions such as accounting, finance, marketing, and business development.
Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, William grew up in the company, spending every spare day on jobsites—working in the trenches and on the scaffold with the crews. His father and those early hands-on experiences taught him the value of hard work, dedication to project success, and respect for the movers and builders alike who build it. These lessons continue to shape his leadership and his approach to building strong, capable teams in all departments.
William is driven by the daily challenge of bringing all the moving parts together—aligning people, process, and purpose—to create an environment where team members can succeed both professionally and personally. What inspires William most is helping individuals grow, watching them thrive in their roles, and delivering results that lead to a positive, collaborative building experience for clients and design partners.
When he’s not at work, William enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. Whether it’s a weekend in the hill country or a trip to the coast, you’ll often find him enjoying the outdoors, or at a ballgame cheering on one of the kids.

With over a decade of experience and a lifetime of exposure to the industry, Ben plays a key leadership role in San Antonio based field operations, guiding teams and ensuring every project is executed with precision, integrity, and care.
Born and raised in San Antonio, Ben grew up around construction—his father founded Charlie and Company, the company that evolved into CGC, where Ben first learned the discipline and responsibility the trade demands. Under his father’s strict but formative tutelage, Ben developed a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, teamwork, and perseverance—values that continue to guide him today.
What drives Ben each day is the opportunity to advance a tradition of construction excellence, while serving his community in a meaningful way. He finds inspiration working alongside the CGC team, where a shared vision for success and mutual support define the culture. He takes pride in leading by example and sharing his knowledge with others.

In his role, Austin leads CGC’s Dallas-Fort Worth operations, project execution, and team development with a practical, hands-on approach shaped by years in the field and in service.
Originally from Farmers Branch and raised in Allen, Texas, Austin began working in construction at age 17. His work ethic was forged early, working alongside his father, who instilled the belief that you should work as hard as you can for as long as you can. That foundation was further strengthened during his service with the U.S. Navy Seabees, where he embraced the motto “Can Do” while building forward operating bases for infantry units in Afghanistan—working seven days a week for nearly a year. Those experiences continue to ground his perspective and shape his resilient, positive approach to each day’s challenges.
Austin is driven by the love he has for his family and the desire to provide them with a good life. He takes pride in setting an example for his daughters, demonstrating what dedication, effort, and a good attitude can accomplish.
When he’s not at work, Austin can be found on his hobby farm with his wife and two daughters, raising cattle and chickens, tending produce, and living out the values he was raised with. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, and building—always working with his hands and staying close to the land.

A San Antonio, Texas native and proud graduate of the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business (Go Coogs), Melissa has been in the construction industry for nearly seven years. She began her career with CGC in 2018, and has grown within the company, building her expertise and leadership through dedication, hard work, and a commitment to continuous learning. Her work ethic is rooted in a deep internal drive to succeed and create a meaningful life for her family. From a young age, she felt the pressure—not as a burden, but as motivation—to take ownership of her path.
